Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 April 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Comply.bd’s website, marketplace, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

Comply.bd connects buyers with independent professionals (“Agents”) for compliance-related services in Bangladesh. We are a platform; Agents are independent contractors, not our employees, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person or entity should not maintain multiple accounts to evade rules, fees, or restrictions.

3. Orders and payments

When you place an order, you enter a contract with the Agent (and accept our payment and refund rules). Prices, scope, and timelines are as shown on the listing or agreed in writing on-platform. We may collect fees on behalf of the platform as described at checkout.

4. Agent obligations

Agents must deliver services professionally, comply with applicable Bangladesh law, and not misuse buyer data. Listings must be accurate. We may remove content or suspend access for violations.

5. Acceptable use

No illegal activity, fraud, harassment, malware, scraping that harms the Services, or circumvention of fees. We may investigate and cooperate with authorities where required.

6. Intellectual property

Comply.bd branding, software, and content we provide are ours or our licensors’. You retain rights to content you upload; you grant us a licence to host and display it to operate the Services.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (where applicable).

8. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Courts in Bangladesh have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version and update the date above. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice where practical.
