Referral Program Policy

The Comply.bd referral program rewards users when new business is generated through valid referral links or codes. This policy supplements our Terms of Service.
1. Reward basis
Referral rewards are calculated as a share of platform profit on eligible settled orders—not gross order value. Platform profit is the amount retained by Comply.bd after agent payouts, payment processing, and similar direct costs (see product disclosures for the current percentage).
2. Eligibility
- Referred users must sign up or checkout using your valid referral code or link.
- Orders must complete and settle according to our rules; cancelled or fully refunded orders typically do not generate referral credit.
- We may cap total referral earnings or impose verification (KYC) for payouts where required.
3. Prohibited conduct
Self-referral, duplicate accounts, misleading advertising, spam, buying fake traffic, or any attempt to manipulate the program is prohibited. We may void credits and suspend accounts.
4. Payouts
Credits may appear as balance or ledger entries in the product. Withdrawal methods, minimums, fees, and tax reporting are as shown in your dashboard or separate payout terms.
5. Changes and termination
We may modify rates, eligibility, or end the program with reasonable notice. Accrued balances may be paid subject to fraud checks and legal requirements.
