A compliance management workspace built for how Bangladesh teams actually work

Bangladesh has no shortage of compliance help: chartered firms, VAT boutiques, RJSC agents, and increasingly software that automates slices of withholding or VAT. What is harder to find is a single place where your team tracks which obligations apply, when they renew, where the evidence lives, and who is doing the work — especially when part of that work happens through external specialists.

Spreadsheets and shared drives work until someone leaves, a bank asks for “latest certificates” overnight, or a buyer audit lands with a two-week window. At that point, “we usually email the CA” is not a system.

What exists locally today

Several products focus on tax and VAT automation — challans, deductions, returns — often aimed at finance teams inside larger entities. Others sell services (registration, filing, licences) without giving the client a durable workspace that survives beyond each engagement.

Comply.bd is different in scope: we combine a marketplace for fixed-price compliance services with a buyer workspace — company or freelancer — where you model your obligations, attach renewal dates, store order-linked files, and (on higher tiers) get guided next steps and alert programmes. Nothing in the local market today packages that end-to-end for Bangladeshi SMEs and growing teams in quite this way.

What the workspace covers

Topics — RJSC, NBR, VAT, trade licence, fire clearance, BIDA, certifications — are tracked as cards with status, owner (you, your team, or an agent), and optional links to marketplace orders. That keeps “who is doing what” honest when you have more than one filing in flight.

Renewals surface in the dashboard: overdue, next 30 days, and (on paid tiers) a 90-day horizon so you are not surprised by a licence that expires next quarter. Industry and role hints (for Plus and Pro) help order the checklist — food manufacturing does not look the same as a software consultancy.

The document vault stays tied to orders and folders so certificates and deliverables are not trapped in chat threads. On Pro we also position an AI-assisted drafting layer for reports and briefs from what you already track — always for your review before anything goes out.

Tiers: Free, Plus, and Pro

Free keeps manual tracking, workspace renewal visibility, and marketplace access within reach of any team starting out. Plus adds smarter prioritisation, the full 90-day renewal window, email and in-app notifications, and a capped advisory playbook. Pro unlocks the full advisory engine, the broader alert programme, audit-oriented vault labelling, and the dedicated AI copilot for drafting — on top of everything in Plus.

Pricing is published in BDT per workspace (see Subscription in the app); agent fees for gigs remain separate and transparent per order.

Responsible use

Software does not replace your company secretary, auditor, or counsel. It reduces friction: fewer missed renewals, fewer lost PDFs, fewer handoffs that depend on one person’s inbox. When in doubt, confirm material filings and legal positions with a qualified professional — the workspace is there to organise the work, not to interpret law for you.

If you are evaluating how to run compliance in 2026, start from your own calendar: which registrations repeat, which certificates banks ask for, and where documents live today. Then try the workspace alongside a real marketplace order — you will see how much easier the second renewal is when the first one left a trail.
